Zorrooo Pages

Zorrooo is accessible through several public pages, each serving a distinct purpose. Here is an overview of the main pages.

Main feed · /actualites

The /actualites page is the heart of the platform: it is the real-time feed of all disputes published by users. It is accessible to everyone, without an account.

  • Each publication shows: the name of the brand or company concerned, the dispute category, the estimated amount, and a summary.
  • Connected experts see a Reply or Access button depending on their subscription.
  • Filters allow sorting by category, amount, or date.
  • Disputes without an expert response are highlighted to encourage engagement.

Brand page · /actualites/[slug]

Each brand or company mentioned in a dispute has a dedicated page accessible via its slug. It groups:

  • All disputes published against this brand.
  • The recurrence score of reported issues.
  • The most frequent dispute categories.
  • Direct access to experts who have handled similar cases.

These pages are indexed and publicly visible, which encourages brands to resolve disputes.

User or expert page · /profil/[slug]

Each user and each expert has a public profile page. For experts:

  • Professional presentation, specialties, and qualifications.
  • Services available for direct order.
  • Rating and reviews from previous claimants.
  • Quick contact button.

For users (claimants), the public page is minimal and protects their privacy.

Company Barometer · /cases

The /cases page is the public observatory of disputes on Zorrooo: every published dispute feeds a national observatory of everyday failures. The Barometer aggregates, anonymizes, and publishes this data to make visible, sector by sector and company by company, the difficulties actually experienced by consumers: flight delays, overbilling, unresponsive property managers, contested rental charges, medical errors, workplace harassment.

What you'll find. The public dashboard is freely accessible and updated continuously. It maps ongoing trends: which sectors generate the most disputes, which companies are cited most often, how amounts at stake evolve over time. A downloadable semi-annual report is published for regulators, media, consumer associations, and researchers.

Data and privacy. No personally identifiable data is exposed. The aggregation method respects k-anonymity (k ≥ 5), documented in Zorrooo's GDPR register: a trend or statistic is only published if it groups at least 5 distinct cases. An isolated dispute can never be individually identified in the public data.

Why it matters. For consumers, knowing their dispute is part of a broader trend; for associations, sourced and up-to-date data; for regulators and researchers, a structured observatory of market failures; for media, reliable data to illustrate investigations into consumer rights.

On-demand services · /pro-service

The /pro-service page is the public catalogue of services offered by registered experts: lease analyses, formal notices, consultations, mediation support, and much more.

  • Filtering by category, price, delivery time, or expert rating.
  • Each service can be ordered directly, without having published a dispute beforehand.
  • Services can be reused as templates by other experts.

How it works · /fonctionnement

The /fonctionnement page is Zorrooo's public FAQ: it explains the principle of the platform, the steps to publish a dispute, choose an expert, pay securely, and get a result.

It is aimed at new users who discover the platform and want to understand how it works before creating an account.

Blog · blog.zorrooo.com

The Zorrooo blog publishes articles on consumer rights, analyses of landmark disputes, practical guides, and platform news. It is accessible at blog.zorrooo.com and does not require an account.
