Notifications
Zorrooo keeps you up to date in three ways: the bell inside the app, push notifications on your device, and email.
Where notifications appear
- In the app: the bell icon shows your latest activity. It updates in real time, and unread items are highlighted.
- On your device: if you allow notifications in your browser, you'll get a push alert even when Zorrooo isn't open.
- By email: important moments (a new order, a delivered contract, referral credits, and more) also arrive in your inbox.
What you'll be notified about
Depending on how you use Zorrooo, you may receive notifications for:
- Your orders: purchased, accepted, started, delivered, revised, disputed, cancelled, or refunded.
- Milestones: added, started, submitted, approved, or paid.
- Custom offers: sent, accepted, rejected, or expired.
- Your dispute: when it goes live and when an expert replies.
- Messages and mentions: replies, reactions, and when someone mentions you.
- Your account: trial ending, plan changes, and payment reminders.
- Referral credits: when a referral reward becomes available.
Turning on device notifications
- Open Zorrooo in your browser.
- When prompted, choose Allow for notifications.
- That's it: your device is now registered to receive push alerts.
If you blocked notifications earlier, re-enable them in your browser's site settings for Zorrooo, then reload the page.
Marking notifications as read
- Open the bell to see your list.
- Select Mark all as read to clear the unread highlight.
- You can also mark a single notification as read or unread from the list.
For experts: choosing which disputes alert you
As an expert, you decide which new disputes trigger an email invitation, based on the amount at stake.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications.
- You'll see a set of amount ranges (for example, small disputes up to larger ones).
- Check the ranges you want to be alerted about, then save.
You can also choose to be alerted for all skill areas or only disputes matching your skills.
You'll only receive invitations for disputes that fall inside a tier you've selected. If you stop getting invitations, open this page and make sure at least one tier is checked.
- The in-app bell is always kept up to date, even if you miss a push or email.
- Push notifications are best-effort and depend on your browser allowing them.
- Some notifications are intentionally delayed so they appear at the right moment.
